Coyotes to Launch 48-hour 12th Man Fundraising Campaign

CARSON CITY, Nev. - May 8, 2018 - PRLog -- The Western Nevada FC Coyotes will be holding a 48-hour 12^th Man fundraising campaign starting Tuesday, May 8 at 10:00 am. Money raised during the campaign will help offset some of the costs the team incurs, especially on road trips.

The club has set a goal for this fundraiser of $5,000 with 200 people joining at various levels within the 12^th Man Club.

Coyotes Head Coach and General Manager Ian Hill said that this is a great way for everyone to get involved with the team. "The 12th man program is an amazing way for fans to be connected to the club," Hill said. "Our players have done their job. They've trained hard, they're undefeated, and they're ranked number one in the country. Now it's time for the fans to do their part and provide support to the team and support to our great players.

"We don't charge for our games and we want to make our game experience a barrier-free experience," Hill mentioned. "We're asking our fans to stand with us this season and help support us through the 12th man program. Whether it's a game jersey, a practice jersey, or even the ability to send a kid to camp through your 12th man participation there's a level for everyone and every budget."

Donations are being accepted online at https://squareup.com/store/western-nevada-fc. The various donation levels, starting at $24, are outlined on the webpage.

The Coyotes, currently ranked #1 in the nation according to the American Pyramid Blog, sit atop the UPSL Wild West Conference table with a record of 7-1-0 and 22 points. The team also has a goal differential of +29, leading the next closest team by 7 goals.

The club's next match is against Real San Jose this Saturday in San Jose. That match is currently scheduled for a 6:45 pm kickoff. The link for the livestream will be provided on the Coyotes' Facebook page prior to kickoff. This will be a rematch of the Conference Cup Finals that was played in February at San Jose, won by the Coyotes 2-0.
