Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa Appoints a New Director of Food & Beverage

DEAD SEA, Jordan - May 10, 2018 - PRLog -- From Maldives, to Abu Dhabi, to Jordan, Laurent Pacolet was officially appointed as the new Director of Food & Beverage for the Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa. Laurent is originally Belgian, and speaks fluent English and French. Laurent began his position at the Dead Sea on the 25th of April, and has previously engaged in an extensive range of experiences in the F&B field. Starting with his studies, Laurent holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Université Robert Schumann I.E.C.S in Strasbourg, France, as well as a degree in Business Administration from La Salle College in Montreal, Canada. His journey towards becoming the Director of Food & Beverage started in 1999, when he began by working as a waiter. Throughout the years, he has worked in various properties within the Maldives, UK, USA and China. Before joining the Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa, he spent 18 months at the Anantara Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort & Spa in Abu Dhabi as the Director of Food and Beverage. He also worked as the Director of F&B at the Huvafen Fushi Resort Maldives, as well as The Meydan Resort in Dubai, where he worked as the Deputy F&B Director. The Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa is thrilled to have Laurent on board, and the Food & Beverage team is excited to start working with him in the near future.
