"An Evening For Dove House" & The Children

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - May 1, 2018 - PRLog -- EDANA Entertainment client, singer/songwriter, Riley Biederer best known for her participation in The Voice Season 9, and most recently, the winner of the YouTube series, Best.Cover.Ever. will be headlining the concert for "An Evening For Dove House" on Saturday, May 5, 2018. It will take place at the Charles Mack Citizen Center in Mooresville, North Carolina from 5pm-11pm and this is its 17^th year. The event will also include 14 restaurants, a Larry Sprinkle Live Auction, 1500 gourmet desserts, and over 200 silent auction packages. Dove House Children's Advocacy Center embraces a coordinated, comprehensive and systematic approach, which is child-focused, family-friendly, community-oriented and facility-based. We are a resource designed to enhance the coordination among existing community agencies involved in the investigation and intervention process, while keeping the well being of the child as our central focus.

Dove House clearly states that it exists in order to:

·   Provide a child-friendly facility where investigation and intervention activities take place so that further trauma to child victims and non-offending family members is minimized;

·  Facilitate investigations with all involved community professionals from initial case assessment to final disposition, with the goal of enhancing the process for optimal case resolution;

·  Promote therapeutic interventions for child victims and their families in order to maximize their progress towards healing;

·  - Provide the child and non-offending family members with support and consistency in case activities, including the criminal prosecution process and overall case follow-up communications;

·  Mobilize and train community agencies and professionals to better serve child victims of sexual assault;

·  Maintain a central repository for all data concerning child sexual abuse in Iredell and Alexander Counties through maintenance of a child-focused data tracking system.

It's also very important for me to share these organizations and platforms with the artist's I work with, and instill in them, that within their celebrity, comes great power, to make a difference in the lives of others. About Riley:

21 year old singer/songwriter Riley Biederer's extensive resume belies her youth. From her roots in the north suburbs of Atlanta, her career has covered an impressive amount of ground for an artist her age. Riley's caught the attention of and garnered accolades from Elton John, Katy Perry, Pharrell, Gwen Stefani, Ludacris, Timbaland, Polow, Trey Songs, Akon, Blake Shelton, LA Reid, and other prominent music executives.
