TEL-AVIV, Israel - April 25, 2018 - PRLog -- Ariel University's Remote Ultrasound Viewing and Analyzing Technology Licensed to iNNOGING Medical.

Ariel Scientific Innovations, Ltd. and  iNNOGING (http://www.innoging.com/) Medical LTD announced today that they have signed a license agreement for Ultrasound remote viewing and analyzing technology that was developed at Ariel University (http://www.ariel.ac.il/en). The technology enables an off-site doctor to see, experience, and analyze recorded ultrasound scans as if present during the actual patient scan. Under the License Agreement, iNNOGING receives an exclusive worldwide license to Ariel patents and know-how to develop and commercialize products to allow doctors to remotely view, manipulate and analyze recorded ultrasound exams taken from any ultrasound device.

"We are pleased to have obtained an exclusive license with Ariel University and its team to develop a novel physician's remote ultrasound viewing and analyzing tool. Currently, the majority of ultrasound scans are not performed by physicians who are therefore deprived of the experience of a dynamic real- time exam and are relegated to viewer status. Our mission is to provide doctors an easy to use and accurate tool to remotely assess an ultrasound exam, including manipulation of the transducer probe as if they were performing it on the actual patient. This will increase diagnostic accuracy and reduce medical costs" said Adi Baruch, co-founder and chief executive officer of iNNOGING Medical.

"We're very excited to be building a partnership between the University and iNNOGING said Larry Loev, CEO of Ariel Scientific Innovations, Ltd, the technology commercialization office of Ariel University. "The ability to have remote virtual reality manipulation of an ultrasound scan is the obvious next step in the procurement of digitized healthcare. Dr Nir Shvalb, co-director of the Kinematics and Computational Geometry lab at Ariel University and co-founder and CTO of iNNOGING, has been developing an elegant and sophisticated method to address this unmet medical need for several years. iNNOGING's seasoned team makes it an ideal candidate to move this technology forward into the clinic and on the path to a successful product."
