Follow on Google News | Country's Largest Plant-Based Festival Returning to New Jersey in JuneFestival to feature over 125 vendors, vegan expert speakers, workshops, product samples and more at New Jersey Convention and Expo Center vegfestexpos.com
By: VegFest With over 125 vendors and organizations on hand, VegFest participants, will be able to sample and purchase all types of vegan foods while experiencing engaging speakers, hands-on workshops, exciting performers, and Q&As with members of the local vegan community about what inspires them. VegFest is all about food, community, and entertainment, celebrating the health, environmental, and animal welfare benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. It has been held at the Convention and Expo Center since 2016 when Kyle Michaud, the creator of the world's largest plant-based consumer festival company, Experience Expositions, began the event. "We'll have food trucks inside, vegan ice cream and 10 different types of veggie burgers," Michaud said. "But it's mostly about our mission of educating as many families and individuals as possible about the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle." The $20 entry fee gives participants access to educational workshops, chef demonstrations, yoga and fitness classes, activities for kids and free parking. Over 11,000 people attended VegFest in 2017 and Michaud is hoping even more people will come out this year, including those looking for more information about veganism. "There will be something for everyone," Michaud added. For more information about VegFest, to purchase tickets, or vendor details, log onto https://vegfestexpos.com.
