FIFA 18 Update: Patch 1.09 For PS4 and Xbox One

LOS ANGELES - April 19, 2018 - PRLog -- Patch 1.09. has gone live on the PS4 and Xbox One versions of FIFA 18.

The patch resolves an issue wherein the game wasn't recognizing when the player pressed the D-Pad, as well as the following issues on FIFA Ultimate Team:

• German and Polish text overlapping with and obscuring the button icons on the FUT Champions Channel controls panel.
  
  
• Incorrect capitalization of Player and Manager Contracts in the search filter of FUT Transfer market
  
  
• Post-goal commentary saying "defender deflected ball on goal," even though it's supposed to be "keeper touched the ball before it went to the net," in the following languages: Arabic, German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, Mexican Spanish, Polish, Russian and Japanese.

In addition, the also patch adds the Accessibility Setting screen, which can be found in the Main Menu on the Customize Tab by selecting the Settings tile. These settings let players remove the right stick's usage for menu navigation and the use of bumper and trigger buttons, thereby allowing players to scroll through the top of the menu and cycle through it with just the left stick.

Lastly, the patch updated the 2D portraits of over 970 players, and added 2D portraits of 342 players that didn't have a portrait before the patch.
