America 2030 Capital Limited Has Arranged Financing for $1.3B Real Estate Portfolio in Hong Kong
America 2030 has placed 10 year financing for 5 Hong Kong Property Portfolio owned by consortium of private real estate investors.
The loan was provided by a major USA insurance company seeking fixed income. The portfolio consisted of one shopping center, three office buildings and a hotel. All the properties are well known in the Hong Kong and the owners intend to hold on to the properties as rents are poised to grow.
Asked if the owners would comment for this press release, they kindly refused.
The loan was arranged at 5.45% fixed for the first 3 years, increasing just a bit to 6.7% for the remainder 4 years.
According to Val Sklarov, the President of America 2030 Capital, it took 3 months to arrange for the loan and close. A somewhat "speedy" process he states, considering the favorable interest rates and the rather large sum.
