Eric Lewis promoted to Fixed Operations Director at Brandon Honda and Sun Toyota

HOLIDAY, Fla. - April 11, 2018 - PRLog -- Managing Partner John Marazzi has promoted Eric Lewis to Fixed Operations Director at both Brandon Honda and Sun Toyota. Lewis was formerly Service Manager with Brandon Honda and had transferred to Sun Toyota as its Service Director in February 2016 when Morgan Auto Group first bought Sun Toyota.

Lewis will divide his time between Brandon Honda and Sun Toyota, with full responsibility for service, parts, and collision operations at both stores. He plans to bring new focus to improving the service customer experience to strengthen loyalty and retention and plans to boost service department employee satisfaction and morale.

The promotion created other opportunities at both dealerships for additional service promotions. At Brandon Honda, Rachel Christie has been promoted to Service Manager reporting to Service Director Neil Cann; and Ramon Viray has been elevated to the position of Parts Director. At Sun Toyota, John Lafemina has been promoted to Service Manager reporting to Service Director John Mendonca.
