Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC) Acquires A 40% Stake In 375 Wall Construction LLC

RENO, Nev. - April 10, 2018 - PRLog -- Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC) is pleased to announce that, pursuant to a press release issued two weeks ago, it has acquired a 40% membership interest in 375 Wall Construction LLC, a Texan Limited Liability Company.

375 Wall Construction LLC is a pipeline contractor providing pipeline construction and maintenance services to oil and gas companies. The company also provides oil and gas field services. It currently targets the Texas and Oklahoma regions and is registered in the State of Texas with headquarters in Midland.

Ken Williams, CEO of Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC), states, "this acquisition allows Eagle Oil to enter  the oil and gas industry once again."
