APrivacy to add Encrypted VoIP and Video Chat Capability to Secure Messaging Service
APrivacy Ltd. is set to release two new innovative features to its secure messaging offering: encrypted and recorded Voice-over-IP (VoIP) and video chat.
The offering which already supports text, images, documents and voice memos will be complemented by these two features which further strengthens APrivacy's unique offering and extends supported use cases. For example, having secure and recovered voice and video capabilities enables financial institutions to support account opening (via eKYC) directly from the chat interface, as well as better customer service support.
