Hilary Troia of Office Gallery International Named a 2018 Outstanding Woman of Family Business

HANOVER, Mass. - April 6, 2018 - PRLog -- Hilary Troia, president and co-owner of Office Gallery International (http://officegallery.net), a Norwood, MA-based leading provider of office furniture and design services for the business community since 1989, was recently named an Outstanding Woman of Family Business by The Warren Group editorial board.  Troia accepted the award at the 2018 Outstanding Women of Family Business dinner event, held Thursday, April 5, at Lombardo's in Randolph.

The Outstanding Women Award is an annual award that honors the achievements, commitment, and dedication of female family business professionals who demonstrate outstanding leadership and commitment both in their businesses and in the communities they serve.  Troia is one of 12 Massachusetts family business leaders named.

Troia, a Pembroke, MA, resident, is an executive sales and marketing leader with over 25 years of experience covering corporate interior design, health care, and retail management.  Her specialties include sales leadership, profitability management, networking, and space planning and design, as well as more intangible qualities such as building relationships and adapting to change.  Troia, with her husband Michael, is part of the husband-and-wife family team that owns Office Gallery International, which they bought from the founders, husband-and-wife owners Allen and Gwen Wluka, in 2016.  The relationship between the Wlukas and the Troias is what led to the seamless transition from one leadership team to the next, and the importance of family continues to be emphasized through Troia's leadership.  Under her leadership, the company has grown – they have added personnel and developed a marketing campaign aimed at new industries.  The company's consulting and design services related to the office environment has expanded as well, and they have invested in new technologies to enhance their office design services.
