By: Milwaukee County Tavern League The Milwaukee County Tavern League is hosting the four-day gathering, which will draw up to 800 attendees. Dozens of volunteers from the local TLW chapter are pitching in to help with registration, transportation and myriad other tasks to help the conference run smoothly. For just a $35 fee, non-TLW members can gain access to several highly-popular events: · * A sold-out trade show Tuesday from noon to 5 p.m., and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport Hotel, 6401 S. 13th St. · * Two educational seminars offered Tuesday: "Wisconsin's Wage and Hour Laws: Basics and Beyond" from 1 to 2 p.m., and "Taxes and Audits: What's Changed?" from 3 to 4 p.m. Both will be held at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport Hotel. · * A Monday welcome party with live music, beginning at 8 p.m., at Cooperage, 818 S. Water St. · * A Tuesday cocktail party with live music and free beverages, beginning at 8 p.m., at the GrandStay Hotel, 6331 S. 13th St. Guests can register at the Monday evening party for access to other included events.
