Maureen M. Home has more than 20 years of experience representing and counseling employers in all aspects of employment law and litigation. She has successfully defended employers in state and federal court against claims for wrongful discharge and whistleblower retaliation; race, national origin, sex, and disability discrimination; and harassment. Home has defended wage and hour class actions and wage claims brought before the California Labor Commissioner. She was also a senior appellate attorney at the Second District Court of Appeal.

Home received her under B.A. in Journalism, from the University of Southern California, her graduate degree from USC's Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism and her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude while serving as editor-in-chief of the Southwestern Law Review. She is admitted to practice in California, the United States Court of Appeals for the First and Ninth Circuits and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Kathleen M. Fellows is a civil litigation attorney and has for over six years defended cases in areas including premises liability, contract, landlord-tenant, discrimination and defamation. She is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Los Angeles Bar Association.

Fellows graduated with honors from Utah State University with a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology. She received her J.D. from Ventura College of Law where she graduated as valedictorian of her class.
