Jamestown Announces First Restaurant Tenant Collection Coming to Ballston Exchange
Shake Shack, We The Pizza, Philz Coffee join CAVA at the Reimagined Stafford I and II Complex

The Class A office buildings at Ballston Exchange make up a combined 776,000 square feet of retail and office space and provide direct connectivity to the Ballston Quarter Mall and Ballston Metro Station via pedestrian skyway bridges. The buildings are joined by a shared paseo that will be lined with storefronts, dining patios, and public seating. The project is slated to fully delivery by the end of 2018. On the heels of the Innovation and Design Building in Boston, Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Brunswig Square in Los Angeles, and Chelsea Market in New York, Ballston Exchange is the latest example of Jamestown's vision for creating dynamic communities in urban centers.
"The addition of these food options and the new paseo that will connect the two towers represent our first steps towards modernizing Ballston Exchange and creating a distinctive space for our tenants and the community," said Michael Phillips, President of Jamestown.
Shake Shack will occupy a 2,857-square foot space plus a 1,066-square foot patio at 4201 Wilson Boulevard. We The Pizza's third location will open at 4201 Wilson Boulevard and occupy a 1,894-square foot pizzeria with outdoor seating available. Philz Coffee will open their first Virginia location at 4121 Wilson Boulevard, a 2,058-square foot coffeehouse. Lastly, the previously announced CAVA will join the Ballston Exchange food line-up with a 2,568-square foot restaurant at 4121 Wilson Boulevard.
