Panama City American Advertising Federation Association Announces
Local AAF Club celebrates their annual ADDY® gala and recognizes the Judges Choice Award 2018 winners.

With over 40,000 entries across the country, the American Advertising Awards are the world's largest and statistically the toughest advertising competition. The competition represents the true spirit of creative excellence by recognizing all forms of advertising and cultivates the highest creative standards in our industry.
The American Advertising Federation (AAF) continues to reflect its core values that help sustain innovation, creativity, and inclusion.
Each year people from AAF clubs across the US volunteer thousands of hours to make the American Advertising Awards a success. It also takes the work of hundreds of professional judges who donated their time and creative expertise to evaluate the many entries in the competition and select our winners.
On March 8th, 2018, Thursday evening local talents from all over Bay County, FL came together to celebrate this year's ADDY® winners. In total, 32 gold and silver ADDY® awards were presented. Among them, we congratulate Florida State University on winning a GOLD ADDY® for Judges Best of Show.
Erin Chaffin, graphic design and contributor along with Erica Martin, Editor and contributor were honored at the Local Level American Advertising Awards for Florida State University's winning Magazine Design for Torch Magazine "2017 Issue".

Conducted annually by the AAF, the local Club phase is the first of a three-tier, national competition. Concurrently, all across the country, local entrants vie to win ADDY® Awards – recognition as the very best in their markets. At the second tier, local ADDY® winners competed against winners from other local clubs in one of 15 district competitions. District ADDY® winners are then forwarded to the third tier, the national stage of the American Advertising Awards. Entry in local Ad Club competition is the first step toward winning a national ADDY®.
We are excited to announce that many from our local level last year went onto state level. Two of which brought home a Silver and Gold ADDY®these can be found on PRLog.com. We look forward to bringing home a few more from all the local level Gold ADDYs that were recently forwarded!
