Easter Bunny Brunch to raise funds for Alzheimer's Association

GREENSBURG, Pa. - March 15, 2018 - PRLog -- Newhaven Court at Lindwood will raise money for a great cause while sharing some tasty food during a holiday-themed event.

     The Easter Bunny Brunch will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on March 24 at Newhaven Court at Lindwood, 100 Freedom Way in Greensburg. The $5 donation for a brunch will benefit the Alzheimer's Association. Children under 2 eat for free.

    "We will serve a great brunch but also will hold a candy sale," said Stacey Carr, LifeStyles Director of Newhaven Court at Lindwood. "We will have a special guest, the Easter Bunny, and the children will participate in a huge Easter Egg hunt. Plus, with the proceeds going to the Alzheimer's Association, this fun event takes on even great significance."

    Newhaven Court at Lindwood will build on a foundation set last year when the inaugural Easter Bunny Brunch raised more than $350 for the Alzheimer's Association.

    "We had a really great turnout especially considering it was the first year," Carr said. "We plan on this being an annual event. We will have a great meal, take photographs with the Easter Bunny and then we will hold our big Easter Egg Hunt. We anticipate an even better turnout this year."
