Darlene Hixon, RE/MAX DFW Associates, Wins Customer Service Award

FLOWER MOUND, Texas - March 14, 2018 - PRLog -- Darlene Hixon, with RE/MAX DFW Associates in Flower Mound, was recently honored with the firm's Customer Service Award for 2017 at the company-wide meeting held at the Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center in Lewisville. Mrs. Hixon was recognized as a sales associate who received some of the highest accolades of the year for the service she rendered to her clients.

After each transaction is completed, buyers and sellers are mailed a questionnaire that asks them to rate the service that they received from their sales associate. The national average response ratio is between ten and twenty percent, however, RE/MAX DFW Associates continues to record a seventy percent plus ratio of returned responses.
