California Blvd. Rotary's grant will be used for relocation and tenant improvement expenses.
By: Trinity Center, Walnut Creek "Rotary is honored to donate to such a worthy cause as Trinity Center," says Richard Callaway, president of Rotary Club of Walnut Creek Sunrise. While Trinity Center operates from its temporary location, its current building will be razed completely and rebuilt from the ground up to create St. Paul's Commons, designed by Pyatok Architects. When the new facility opens in Fall 2019, Trinity Center will occupy the first floor and 44 low-income units will occupy the upper floors. "Trinity Center is very grateful to have the support of our local Rotary clubs," says Donna Colombo, executive director of Trinity Center. "We are so blessed for the generous grant from Sunrise Rotary, which comes at a time when we desperately need funds to move into our temporary location and continue to provide services without interruption to our members or disruption to our neighbors." Additional donations are needed to defray moving and operating costs. To make a donation, visit http://trinitycenterwc.org.
