Nicole Merkle Recognized in Print + Promo Magazine's Industry Leaders Under 40 List

DAYTON, Ohio - March 12, 2018 - PRLog -- Nicole Merkle, Co-Owner of Proforma CNR Marketing, a local print and promotional agency, has  been recognized by Print + Promo magazine's list of top industry performers Under 40 for her outstanding achievements within the industry.

Merkle is no stranger to the printing and promotional industry having grown up with her father, Ron Muzechuk, being the Owner of Proforma CNR Marketing. Merkle always suspected that she would one day join her father in the family business, and after gaining experience with a few marketing and sales positions, Merkle did just that. "I feel honored to have received this award," said Merkle. "I always knew I would join my dad in the business and receiving this recognition just reaffirms that I made the right choice."

In order to receive Print + Promo magazine's Under 40 award, recipients must be passionate, skilled professionals who are driving the industry forward. Recipients must also have a love of print and promotional products and, of course, be under the age of 40.

After going into business with her father, Merkle helped steadily increase company sales, resulting in the team meeting their sales goal in 2017. Merkle attributes most of her success to being able to gain the trust of her clients through forging and maintaining personal connections with them.

"We're all really proud of the outstanding work Nicole has done," said Ron Muzechuk, Merkle's business partner and father. "Maybe I'm biased because she's my daughter, but she really does deserve this award with all she has done for our business, and it makes me feel good knowing that the legacy of Proforma CNR Marketing is in good hands."
