United Premier Soccer League Hosts Miami AGM This Saturday!

LOS ANGELES - March 9, 2018 - PRLog -- The United Premier Soccer League today announced it will host the inaugural UPSL Miami Annual General Meeting 2018 this weekend in North Miami Beach (Fla.).

The UPSL 2018 Miami AGM will be held at the SDG Soccer Center (16601 NE 15th Ave., North Miami Beach, FL 33162), at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 10.

The UPSL Miami AGM will take place just minutes from South Beach, one of the most popular destinations on the planet.

United Premier Soccer League Commissioner Yan Skwara said, "We are pleased to announce that the United Premier Soccer League will be back in Miami on Saturday, March 10. We want any and all like-minded soccer people folks from all over the Sunshine State to join us at our AGM. The UPSL continues to achieve tremendous growth, and Florida has shown great potential in the last calendar year. We look forward to making new friends this weekend in Miami."

Miami is known as The Capital of Latin America, and is home to the largest collection of international banks in the United States. Metropolitan Miami also is a major tourism hub for international visitors to the U.S., ranking second behind New York City.

UPSL officials and representatives will be on hand to talk about the expansive growth of the UPSL, Corporate Sponsorship, Marketing and Communications, and explain the necessary steps to compete in the league and help answer any questions.

The UPSL was formed in 2011 and currently includes more than 140 teams in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. UPSL is the fastest growing Pro Development League in the USA, with 140-plus teams targeted for 2018 Spring Season. Each UPSL team is individually owned and operated, and is responsible for maintaining either UPSL Pro Premier Division or Championship Division minimum standards.

UPSL teams are all eligible to participate in the U.S. Open Cup Qualifying Rounds through the leagues affiliation with the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) and the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).
