CleanTech Company, Cleaner NRG, Gets Accepted into NEXT Canada's AI Program to Disrupt Solar Space
NEXT Canada is a non-profit focused on increasing national prosperity through innovation and entrepreneurship with programs like NEXT AI, Next 36 and Next Founders. NEXT Canada has an intense application process beginning with individual applications that began back in Fall 2017 and believes that ambition has no gender.
"This year we received double the number of total applications from 2017, with 40% of applications coming from outside of Canada" said Jon French, Director of Marketing & Communications for NEXT Canada. "We know that diverse teams are stronger teams and hope to continue increasing the participation of underrepresented groups in our programs."
NEXT AI accepted only 18 companies for the 2018 cohort, including five with female founders- AI Vali, AI Assister, Destin.ai, Tryon and Cleaner NRG (http://cleanernrg.com/
In addition, they will gain visibility to NEXT Canada's community of entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors and also technological benefits from technical partners including NVIDIA, IBM Canada, Google Canada and working space in downtown Toronto.
