WGBY Wine Lovers Dinner - Sat March 10th
The annual WGBY Wine Lovers Dinner features a seven-course menu carefully designed by a guest chef. This year, the WGBY guest chef is Kevin Dundon, host of the popular PBS cooking show, Modern Irish Food. Dundon will be present at the dinner to help explain his methodologies and ideas. Meanwhile, Dunon's menu will be carefully executed by the culinary team directed by The Log Cabin Executive Chef and Co-Owner Mick Corduff.
Amid seven courses of mouth-watering food will be carefully and expertly paired wines courtesy of Table & Vine. Learn about each pairing, and discover the ways wine and food marry on the palate.
This is a foodie experience of a lifetime. Not only will you sample unique flavors from a celebrity TV chef, but you will also get a tutorial about wine paired with each course. It's not only a fine dining experience, but a wine tasting, and wine appreciate class all wrapped into one.
