The Worth Receive DDRB Conceptual Approval of 30-Floor Luxury Condominium High-Rise

FORT WORTH, Texas - March 2, 2018 - PRLog -- The Downtown Design Review Board (DDRB) yesterday approved a conceptual request by Zamco Properties LLC for an increase in massing and form for The Worth luxury residential condominium tower, which faces W. Bluff and is bounded by N. Henderson Street, Mills Street, and W. Peach Street.

Downtown Fort Worth Inc and the Trinity River Vision Authority, which is responsible for Panther Island, have already voiced their enthusiastic support.
