Expanding Staff Base, Steady Growth and Positive Outlook for ICON Management in 2018

BRADENTON, Fla. - Feb. 27, 2018 - PRLog -- ICON Management Services, Inc., a property management company for premier golf and country clubs and community associations in Southwest Florida, continues to grow and expand, particularly after the company's February 2017 significant increase in the management portfolio—an acquisition of an additional ten Florida Gulf Coast properties (previously WCI Amenities).

The ICON Corporate Office in Bradenton, Florida has been welcoming a steady stream of new Team Members. An indispensable part of the business has to do with upholding pristine landscaping practices. Therefore, the company took initiative to bring about a Corporate Director of Landscape, Michael Noppenberg, late last year (2017). Michael has brought an impressive 21 years of experience in the golf business to ICON! His main focus is "to provide a bridge between clients and management to help provide beautiful communities everyone is proud to call their own." Michael performs site inspections at properties and assists managers with landscape vendor relations. He will be a valuable asset in helping General Managers and Community Association Managers hold their landscape vendors accountable.

Moreover, the ICON Accounting Department has been hiring in response to necessities for a larger team to manage growing accounts. Late 2017, ICON welcomed Hector Morales as the newest Senior Accountant. Hector is a Florida CPA with a Masters in Accounting and over six years of experience in the field, having occupied various roles from Staff Auditor to Audit Supervisor. His goal is simple: "to deliver ICONic service every day in every way!"

The latest addition to the Accounting Department is Andrew Smith, a 2012 graduate of Worcester State University, MA, with a degree in Business Management and Accounting. Having worked in the accounting field for over five years, Andrew is determined to learn as much as possible while growing with ICON Management.

Additionally, ICON welcomes Tarah Black, the company's new Human Resources Manager. Tarah is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Cum Laude graduate with a B.S. in Business, bringing over 10 years of HR experience to ICON. Tarah has an evident "passion for developing and implementing platforms that contribute to the best work cultures, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency." Her rich background coupled with her passions is sure to support the team culture and employment practices at ICON.
