WWCDA promotes diversity in the legal profession, facilitates networking and business development, and provides educational programming.
The WWCDA 2018 Annual Attorney Meeting welcomes women attorney members from our 30 chapters around the world and features powerful learning and networking opportunities, talks from influential legal industry leaders, and moments to relax with friends and business contacts on the San Diego coastline.
The event kicks off with a session discussing future plans and the various activities of the Association and the chapters. The well-known Tara Weintritt, from the Wicker Parker Group, will lead an informative and fun practice development and networking session, followed by a cocktail reception, dinner, and breakfast the following day.
This year's keynote speakers include:
· The Honorable Beryl A. Howell - Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia
· Kathy Ruemmler - Former White House Counsel to President Obama, NCAA Commission on Basketball member and Co-Chair of the White Collar Group at Latham & Watkins.
"We are thrilled to be hosting our Annual Attorney Meeting— 2018 is sure to be our biggest and boldest year yet," said Karen Popp, Global Chair and Co-Founder of WWCDA.
