Mike Satterfield, a co-founder, advisor and former partner with Yaletown Partners, brings almost 40 years of technology entrepreneurship, executive management and governance experience to PHEMI. Satterfield succeeds PHEMI co-founder John Seminerio as Chair. Seminerio will continue to support PHEMI's growth as an advisor to the Company. Satterfield led and continues to manage Yaletown's investments in PHEMI, Elastic Path, Tasktop and Tutela and led realized investments in Indicee and Partnerpedia. Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Simba Technologies, a Vancouver-based data connectivity and analytics software company acquired by CRM vendor Pivotal Corporation and recently re-acquired by Magnitude Software.
