FENTON, Mich. - Feb. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Four area restaurants are hosting a job fair on March 5 and 6 at 115 W. Shiawassee Avenue in downtown Fenton.  Managers will accept applications and interview for a variety of employment opportunities with The Laundry, CRUST, The Relief & Resource Co., and El Topo.  The job fair runs 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. each day.

The businesses are hiring front-of-house managers and staff, line and prep cooks, bread and pastry bakers, and other back-of-house staff.  Experience in scaling, baking or culinary arts is preferred for some positions.

Full and part-time positions are available.  The restaurant group offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to train and grow within the organization. Eligible employees can participate in employer-shared healthcare and dental and vision insurance options.

The Relief & Resource Co. is a neighborhood speakeasy serving classic and original cocktails made to order, an eclectic wine list, and an elegant menu of shared plates, charcuterie and artisanal cheeses.

El Topo features a fresh take on traditional South American street food with casual carry-out and dine-in menus developed by The Laundry's Executive Chef Jody Brunori.
