MILWAUKEE - Feb. 15, 2018 - PRLog -- We're looking for someone to look into how this process works, and I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed.Marcus Duke (https://www.bet.com/video/betawards/2016/acceptance-speeches/shine-a-light-award-honoree-2.html) (Club Kids Inc) (http://www.clubkids414.org/) have been trying to get some help with this story since early 2015 (see our blog) (http://helpclubkids414.blogspot.com/), but we were only rejected and slammed with more city fines. I remember a former alderman mentioned this scam when he was running for re-election, but he was silenced. I recently reached out to him and he is willing to tell his story. Now the city has finally succeeded in taking our property at 2770 N 18th st. Milwaukee 53206 located in one of the worst zip codes and the worst city (Milwaukee) in America or blacks. The house was donated to our nationally awarded (2016 B.E.T.) 501c3 non-profit (Club Kids In Danger Saved Inc.) Club Kids from Wells Fargo Bank Community & Urban Stabilization Program (CUSP) for our Club Kids Clubhouse community resource house.

We need help with  achieving the following goals:

• Research the process of the city foreclosure program.
• Research the city municipal court fines for code violation

Compare different areas of the city for any fee increases violations.

• Research why the commissioner left his position and retired
• Research inspector Robert Lannin. Tactics in the community
• Research why Insp. Lannin was removed out of Alderman Stampers dist.
• Talk to former Alderman about the practices and how he tried to warn us.
• Do an awareness campaign for other victims
• Set up a community information session
• Set up all social media site to spread the word
• Retrieve all email and notes from all parties involved
