'One Good Turn!' is a feel-good Renovation Show that will entertain and educate viewers while rewarding people that have given tirelessly of themselves to their city/community and others by receiving a FREE renovation of a lifetime! Generosity such as theirs can sometimes come at the expense of their home and its condition. They may lack the skills, time and money to update and they have made volunteering a priority in their lives. This is where Neil Fifer comes in. This show will educate viewers on the various renovation processes (typical in scope and budget that any homeowner would consider doing to their home) and the decisions involved. It will also introduce the charitable organization(s) the Winning Reno-Recipients support and inform on how one could contribute to similar organizations in their own area and beyond.

As online steaming is the future of broadcasting, so is the financial model for this show.
