Peptides International Names New President

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Feb. 14, 2018 - PRLog -- Peptides International Inc., a privately held biotech company, announced today a change in its executive management. At a recent meeting of the Company, owner Jackie B. Spatola indicated that Dr. Michael Pennington would be departing, from the position of President/CEO of the company. Effective immediately, Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Satendra S. Chauhan  was named President and CSO. Dr. Chauhan, a member of the Peptides International team since 2011, is an accomplished peptide/organic chemist well known within the industry.
In making the announcement Ms. Jackie Spatola stated, "We are genuinely grateful for the tremendous contributions that Dr. Pennington has made to Peptides International over the past seven years. Now, with Dr. Satendra Chauhan's deep and broad scientific background and business acumen, PI is strongly poised for growth well into the future. I am very excited for the prospects of Peptides International going forward!" Dr. Chauhan will be responsible for  laboratory direction and oversight, leadership, operations and strategic management.

Ms. Spatola also announced that Mr. Timothy Morgan, formerly the Director of Sales, is now the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His portfolio brings the Marketing Department under his purview and he will be reporting directly to Ms. Spatola.

Additionally, Ms. Spatola announced that Robert Brousseau is now the Director of Marketing and Catalog Sales. He is now charged with managing and growing that division, with its more than 7,000 currently available products.
