NTW releases Portable Love Party, an AR greeting card for San Valentine

TORINO, Italy - Feb. 13, 2018 - PRLog -- New Technology Walkers is going to release on San Valentine its augmented reality app Portable Love Party. The application uses Vuforia AR technology to mix the real and the virtual world so that the user can enjoy a little San Valentine party that gets prepared in front of his/her eyes. It is like an augmented reality greeting card to show to girlfriends/boyfriends much you love them. A series of romantic elements and sweet sentences will make their heart to melt.

The application is available for free for Android phones and features also a special version for the Aryzon viewer, that is a cheap augmented reality headset, for an even more immersive experience.

"I had this idea of creating a way to astonish our special ones" says Antony Vitillo (aka Skarredghost), developer at NTW "We all spend our days in the office working, so we have no time to prepare something awesome for San Valentine for our girlfriends. So, why can't we show them some kind of virtual party to make them happy? We could just give them our smartphones and say 'this is for you' and see them smile. I spoke with my partner Max about this idea and he loved it, so we started developing it immediately".

"It is only a little prototype that we want to gift to all other XR enthusiasts out there" says Massimiliano Ariani, creative director at NTW, "It is still not polished, but we wanted all people to have something to show at San Valentine. If the app will prove to be successful, of course we will update it".
