An Australian and an American Collaborate on Selling for Non Salespeople

Too many smart and talented people are expected to sell in their non sales jobs, and have no clue how to do it or go about it the wrong way. This 30-day online program was create to help them unleash their sales potential and have fun while selling.

Rana noticed that Michael not only had tremendous sales experience in complex selling as a leader, but was also a natural at selling himself and story online with a huge following. He had just left a successful career as a sales director, and she wanted to poach him on this collaboration first, because she knew brilliance of that level would not have free time for too long.

The 'Selling for Non Salespeople' program has been taught face to face for 4 years receiving stellar reviews.  It is currently being repackaged by Rana and Michael as an online 30 Day Program. The demand for it to go online has been for a while now. This is due to making it more accessible and convenient to a wider global audience.

Throughout Rana's career in training, coaching and sales, she noticed a huge gap in a certain skill set. Too many smart and talented people were expected to sell in their non-sales roles, and had no idea of how to do it, or went about it the wrong way.

You may have the classic accounting consultant in a firm who makes it to partner and is suddenly having to go out and negotiate engagements and network.Or the engineer who just quit their job and started a start-up, but doesn't know how to pick up the phone and get in touch with the right people.

Sales is basically about having the right communication tools to be able to help more people buy into your services, products or ideas.

At the same time to be able to solve their problems and provide solutions. It's not about pushing a product onto someone, or using tricks to get what you want. Unfortunately, too many people have this perception of sales and we want to change that.

It doesn't matter who you are or what role you do, both Rana and Michael firmly believe that everyone is a sales person, even that waiter serving you. The waiters who make more tips than their salary, are usually the ones who treat their job as a business within a business. They build rapport, develop relationships, take an interest in the customers, and give them a great experience.
