BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Feb. 7, 2018 - PRLog -- TVS Television Network has launched the Hi Tops Cartoon Channel, one of 72 'TVS Micro Channels' on the Daily Motion platform.  The post cable TV channel is free to view, advertising supported, and video on demand.

TVS Hi Tops Cartoon Channel features classic cartoons from the first 40 years of broadcast TV, from 1947-1986. Rocky and Bullwinkle, Crusader Rabbit, Calvin and the Colonel, Three Stooges, Clutch Cargo, and Fraidy Cat headline more than 70 cartoon series currently being added to TVS Hi Tops Cartoon Channel.

TVS has also begun an animation department within their TVS Colorization Division. The first series , The Skruffy Group, is presently in production.  TVS acquired the Colorization TV process in 1997.
