Sigma Pharmaceuticals Acquires Key Assets from National Publications Optical

NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa - Feb. 6, 2018 - PRLog -- Sigma Pharmaceuticals, LLC ("Sigma"), a national wholesale pharmaceutical distributor specializing in ophthalmic products, announced today that it has reached an agreement to purchase key assets from National Publications Optical ("NP Optical").  Pursuant to the agreement, Sigma will purchase NP Optical's current inventory, which includes several notable items that will serve to enrich Sigma's current portfolio of ophthalmic products.  Furthermore, Sigma has purchased the customer list of NP Optical, and Sigma will begin servicing NP Optical's customers immediately.
