Wood Palace Kitchens to host Feb,8th "Prepping Makes Perfect" workshop

The free event will run from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Wood Palace Kitchens, Inc. showroom at 7 Mill Street in Middleboro.
Nutrition Specialist Marie Newton and Expert Prepper Elizabeth Melo will share their best tips and tricks for meal prep success. In addition, Sue Cyr will showcase Tupperware storage containers and at the end of the evening, all will enjoy a delicious and healthful meal.
"Meal prepping has become a popular way to stay on track with health goals and save precious time during the busy work week," said Tim Holick, owner of Wood Palace Kitchens. "Join us on Feb. 8th and find out how the experts get it done!"
