Danielian Associates Kicks Off Golden Year By Winning Platinum Awards At International Builders Show

IRVINE, Calif. - Jan. 30, 2018 - PRLog -- Danielian Associates is celebrating their 50^th year of business in 2018 and the firm is already off to a golden start, bringing home top honors at the International Builders' Show in categories ranging from multifamily and infill housing to small lot single family residential.

Contemporary jewel 'The District at The Edge' by GHA Companies was awarded dual honors, receiving a Platinum Award at BALA along with two Silver Awards at The Nationals for Best Single Family Detached Home under 2,000SF.  With the recent accomplishments in Orlando, The District wrapped up a clean sweep of all major residential housing awards in the under 2,000SF categories for 2017. The project has enjoyed tremendous sales velocity, prompting GHA to propose a sequel project to The District.

Taking home multiple wins in affordable, market rate, and sustainable categories was the smartly designed Clark Commons project by Jamboree Housing Corporation.  Featuring 70 apartment units in 3-story and 4-story levels with a rich amenities program for its residents, this multifamily project is located on a focal corner within a surrounding, market rate master planned community.  This energy efficient, LEED GOLD project introduced market-rate quality apartments for the surrounding hospitality, retail, restaurants, and auto repair shop workforce.
