World Animal Reiki Day Las Vegas 2018

LAS VEGAS - Jan. 26, 2018 - PRLog -- Jamie Lee of Animal Bonds, Impetus Animal Training, Natural Care Institute and Unbound, invite you to join in celebrating World Animal Reiki Day to support Windy's Ranch and Rescue.

World Animal Reiki Day is celebrated around the world and it is sponsored by the volunteers of the Shelter Animal Reiki Association (SARA.)  SARA is a non-profit organization that teaches and promotes Animal Reiki through meditation practices. Its goal is to ensure better healing practices for shelter and sanctuary animals.  "World Animal Reiki Day Las Vegas is designed to bring awareness about the healing benefits of Reiki meditation to rescued animals and support Windy's Ranch and Rescue," says Jamie Lee, event organizer.

WARDLV activities include a Reiki Circle, a pig training demonstration starring Boris the Wonder Pig, educational talks on training companion animals with positive reinforcement, responsible pet pig ownership, holistic care for animal companions and support for coping with pet loss. There will be dogs available for adoption from Hearts Alive Village Las Vegas and you will have the opportunity to KISS A PIG! There is a $5 donation entry fee and the event will benefit Windy's Ranch and Rescue.

Windy's Ranch and Rescue is a 501 (c)3 pig sanctuary whose mission is to care for pigs but they are also home to rescued horses, ducks, chickens, cats, dogs, turkeys, goats and emus. Windy's is 100% volunteer.

Hearts Alive Village is a 501 (c)3 organization whose mission is to secure loving and stable homes for dogs and cats at risk of being lost in the shelter system.
