Sandy Spring Builders Announces Brian Abramson As Newest Partner

WASHINGTON - Jan. 25, 2018 - PRLog -- Bethesda, MD – Phil Leibovitz, chief executive officer, and Mimi Brodsky Kress, chief operating officer, of Sandy Spring Builders (SSB) announced today that Brian Abramson will now become their newest partner. The Bethesda-based, full-service residential builder and developer of luxury homes with projects throughout the national capital region, recruited the local real estate developer to help protect the legacy and mission of the 35-year old established company and to bring another generation to the business. Abramson's new position with SSB is effective today.

Abramson is an owner of The Tower Companies, a third generation real estate developer whose family has delivered some of the most monumental and memorable landmarks in Maryland, Virginia and DC metropolitan markets.  Brian is the chairman emeritus of the Silver Spring Urban District Advisory Committee, board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington, and is a LEED accredited professional.  He also co-founded District Design + Development (D3), a DC multi-family real estate company that has quickly built a reputation for delivering high quality custom homes at a competitive price.
