Lee & Associates Irvine Negotiates 11,150 SF Newport Beach Office Sale

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. - Jan. 24, 2018 - PRLog -- The Irvine office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, negotiated a $3.953 million office transaction located at 4931 Birch Street, Newport Beach, CA.

Senior Vice President Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates Irvine, represented the seller, Kearny Newport B., LLC. The buyer, 4931 Birch Street, LLC, was represented by Matt Didier of CBRE.

According to Garbutt, the buyer plans to gut the 11,150-squre-foot building and will develop the space into a world-class law firm office.
