Real Estate Executives launch Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisory Firm Triantan Ventures, LLC

CHICAGO - Jan. 22, 2018 - PRLog -- Real estate veterans Geoffrey Adaire and Daniel Goelz are pleased to announce the formation of Triantan Ventures, LLC ("Triantan"), a commercial real estate investment advisory and services platform.  Adaire and Goelz created Triantan to offer specialized investment opportunities to private investors, who historically have not had material access or exposure to the real estate sector.  Triantan will operate under a progressive and investor-friendly organizational construct that includes significant investor board representation.

"We wanted to create an organization that blends both Dan's and my particular CRE expertise," said Adaire, who will serve as Triantan's Chief Executive Officer. "In our space, it's a bit unusual to see a structured finance guy and an asset/leasing guy teaming up to deliver the goods. The idea is that we work together on all projects and not stick to our particular space. We feel the blending of our expertise provides a unique dynamic critical in the successful execution of our investment programs and service engagements."

Over his 30-year career, Mr. Goelz has completed structured finance transactions involving over $10 billion of commercial property in various senior-level capacities with LaSalle Partners (n/k/a Jones Lang LaSalle), Institutional Property Consultants, and Capri Capital Partners. Mr. Adaire's expertise spans across all facets of asset, property management and brokerage, with long-standing tenures at LaSalle Partners and Savillis Studley, where he was directly responsible for the oversight of over 30 million square feet of commercial property.

Triantan recently commenced the formal marketing of its initial investment offering, Triantan Select Income, LLC, a $50 million mezzanine fund focused on value-add investment opportunities involving commercial properties located in major Midwestern markets.   Triantan strongly believes that income-oriented, mezzanine investment will generate superior risk-adjusted returns amidst an increasingly uncertain marketplace.  Triantan Select Income has been designed to fill a glaring need and void in the commercial property capital market.
