Brain Freeze - 2018 Dessert Wars Miami Champion

MIAMI - Jan. 21, 2018 - PRLog -- A great event indeed it was, Dessert Wars included, Nitrogen Ice Cream, donuts, cup cakes and many more delicious sweets. With the publics eye  and a 5 judge panel analyzing what makes each dessert special and what will make 1 dessert the 2018 champion of this popular annual event held at the Florida International University Modesto Maidique Campus. Brain Freeze Nitrogen Ice Cream & Yogurt lab proved to be worthy of this prestigious designation and recognition.

The events top choice and carefully chosen combination was the, "caution, caution, caution" which consist of a classic vanilla base ice cream, an exquisite caramel swirl and a one of a kind butter milk cake. Christi Fraga and Gabriel Fraga, founders of the Brain Freeze brand and experience were present to have their input and detailed care for every scoop presented to the 550 participants in attendance.

What set the ice cream dessert apart from the rest of the desserts and the other nitrogen ice cream participants was the smooth texture of the ice cream and the unique taste of the buttermilk cake, said one of the judges.
