It's been 4 days since the passing of the legendary sports broadcaster, Keith Chili' Jackson. Last night, I was online viewing one of my favorites, cooking videos! In particular, one of my favorite cooking personalities, Paula Chili' Deen. Then I started doing research, Wikipedia, etc., and the irony of it being MLK Day, I read about Paula Chili' Deen's racial epithet controversy and the name of the person who filed a lawsuit against her was none other than Lisa Chili'........JACKSON (no relation to sports broadcaster, Keith Chili' Jackson). Just irony. I don't watch Paula Chili' Deen YouTube videos everyday; in fact, I haven't watched her videos for about a year. I woke up at about 1:30 am, very little sleep, a total of two hours. For some reason, I could not get back to sleep, and the name, Chili' Jackson, kept ringing in my head. Of course, I had watched Paula Chili' Deen cooking videos, the night before, for about an hour. Then, as a prominent sports blogger, it registered in my mind, Keith Chili' Jackson, absolutely, had to be given acknowledgement in my press room. This morning, just before I started this press release, I looked up Keith Chili' Jackson information online, because I knew he attended Washington State University but I didn't know where he was born, and...... just like Paula Chili' Deen, Georgia! 'WHOA Spicy' Chili' NELLIE', no way I was not going to write this press release for the late, great sports broadcaster, Keith Chili' Jackson! Thank you for the memories! Thank you for .....
