Thomas J. Gravina Retires as Chief Executive Officer of Evolve IP

Gravina has retired as Chief Executive Officer of Evolve IP and is succeeded by Guy Fardone who previously served as the company's President. Mr. Gravina will remain as the Executive Chairman of the Board and stay actively involved in the company's M&A strategy and philanthropic efforts. He also remains as one of the company's largest shareholders.

"Once that transaction had settled we put an 18-month succession plan into place to ensure a stable transition while maintaining our aggressive expansion and continued development. That plan has culminated today with Guy Fardone becoming our new CEO."
