Lake Club Draws Hundreds Of Prospective Homeowners During 20th Annual Lakewood Ranch Tour Of Homes
During the Tour of Homes 1,026 attendees explored resplendent model and move-in ready homes in The Lake Club's micro-communities. Each residence was meticulously built by the region's renown luxury homebuilders, including Arthur Rutenberg Homes, John Cannon Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, London Bay Homes, Nutter Custom Construction and Stock Signature Homes. Both Anchor Builders and Murray Homes also have exquisite properties available for viewing, though they were not on display during the event. Including all builders, 30 homes have been sold in The Lake Club last year, an increase of 172% as compared to 2016.
Each weekend, guests experienced a taste of the amenity-rich lifestyle Lake Club residents enjoy. The most popular activities indulged visitors with delectable delicacies, including chocolate from Morton's Gourmet Market and remarkable wine and cheese pairings. Other events focused on décor trends, including the Meet the Designers event. Held on the showcase's opening weekend, attendees met with leading designers from Naples-based Pizzazz Interiors and Beasley and Henley Interior Design to glean insight into interior décor styles and trends. Other activities included Dressed for the Holidays, where guests previewed regal, holiday-inspired home décor arranged by the area's leading interior experts.
