HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Jan. 3, 2018 - PRLog -- By the age of five Shudan Wang was captivating audiences and winning awards as a concert pianist.  At seven, while studying at a prestigious international foreign language school, Shudan won many first-place prizes in public speaking competitions – including a movie dubbing contest in English.

Shudan earned her dance certificate from the Royal Academy of Dance in London during her second year of high school.  Her photograph still adorns post cards from the time she was the lead dancer in "Dancing in the Snow" at the Suzhou Convention Center.  That award-winning performance took place when she was in the fourth grade.

While in high school, she won numerous gold medals for high jumps and shotput.  She even took second place in a teen fencing tournament.   She won the "Best Elegance Award" in a United Nations Five-Country Modeling Competition.  She's also a highly accomplished and respected martial artist.

Shudan is an extraordinarily talented actress who brings magic to the screen.  Rather than limit that gift to Chinese audiences, Shudan felt the need to share her talent globally and moved to the Film Capitol of the World.

During the short time that Shudan has been in the United States, she has completed major roles in two 'New Media' TV Series and four films including two features.  She also completed her education at UCLA.

Uncharacteristically, Hollywood seems to have welcomed this uniquely talented young adult with open arms!

"I was introduced to Shudan Wang at a producers' lunch," relates producer-director-actor Edward Gusts, CEO of Helsinki Institute Pictures.  "She is unassuming and soft-spoken, but when she walked into the restaurant, everybody knew that someone very special had arrived.  We all felt her energy."

"About an hour after that meeting began,"
Edward Gusts continued, "I decided to write and produce a short film starring Shudan.  Two days later I realized that the short film wanted to be a feature.  So now, I'm writing a feature film around Shudan Wang. . . On Valentine's Day I'm releasing my latest feature film 'The Letter Red.'  Shudan will walk the red carpet for the world premiere.  That, I predict, will be the first of many dozens of red carpet world premieres for this extraordinary actor."
