DALLAS - Jan. 2, 2018 - PRLog -- This year marks the 10th anniversary for Community Unity Respect Education, Inc. (C.U.R.E.). With much thought and soul searching, Roseann Rossetti made the decision to resign as President of C.U.R.E. and transition to President Emeritus. Unanimously, the Board elected and appointed longtime friend of co-founders Roseann Rossetti and Rosemarie Odom and a staunch supporter of C.U.R.E., Auntjuan "Mr. Community" Wiley as President and CEO of C.U.R.E. Mr. Wiley is the Founder and President/CEO of AIDS Walk South Dallas Inc., an organization he founded in 2009 whose mission is to empower persons living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.  Along with AIDS Walk South Dallas, he has worked in the HIV/AIDS arena for 30 years locally, nationally and internationally providing education, prevention, advocacy, training, peer support, linkage to care and outreach.

On a personal note Ms. Rossetti states, "Throughout the years C.U.R.E. has brought a message of prevention and education to the community which included most importantly hundreds of high school and college students. Change is inevitable but change can breed new possibilities. I am confident the vision and mission of C.U.R.E. will continue.  My sincere gratitude to everyone for the support and confidence you've given to me and this organization. It has been my honor to work with you all. With his incredible passion to make a difference, his creativity and uniqueness, we know that Mr. Community will take C.U.R.E. to next dimension."
