Peabody Properties to Host January 4th Information Session for Bethany Apartments

The new apartment community in Hanover will offer a mixed-income rental opportunity.

BRAINTREE, Mass. - Dec. 29, 2017 - PRLog -- Full-service real estate and property management firm Peabody Properties (http://www.peabodyproperties.com) will conduct two informational sessions on Thursday, January 4th, at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. regarding Bethany Apartments, a mixed-income rental community, offering 37 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment layouts, located at 369 Washington Street (Route 53) in Hanover.  The development is the historic adaptive conversion of the former Kennedy Hall dormitory into apartments.

The development is being sponsored by the Planning Office for Urban Affairs (POUA) (www.poua.org).
