Mr. Mohr has led the company on a steady and constant growth path, and hands over the reins as the company continues to expand its position in the markets in which it competes. Mr. Mohr will assist in a smooth transition through the remainder of the year.
"Mr. Mohr has been an invaluable part of the H&R team and has led this company successfully during his tenure," said Tadashi Nakatsuka, H&R's Chairman. "While Mr. Mohr will certainly be missed, I am equally as confident in the leadership of Mr. Lian as he assumes the President and CEO role."
"I am proud to have worked with Larry during my time at H&R. He has worked hard to position this company to be a leader in the heavy equipment parts industry, and I look forward building on his legacy and leading this company to even greater levels as we go forward," said Mr. Lian.

Mr. Lian previously worked at Schwing America where he served as Vice President and General Manager in St. Paul, MN, and was responsible for managing and leading the company's ready-mix products division.
