Vlada Rubarkh and her partner Anna Ufberg own and run Northeast Adult Day Care since September of 1999. Both are trained health care professionals who have made it their duty to provide a safe and nurturing environment for adults to spend their time at.

Northeast Adult Day Care strives to maintain a one-to-five staff/client ratio that helps ensure that each client receives personal care and attention always. They have on-sight nursing teams that monitor client's medications and health daily. Nutritious meals that have been developed by certified dietitians and catered from local restaurants are provided to all clients.

In addition to the many activates to keep clients happy and entertained, Northeast Adult Care also provides on-sight therapy and rehabilitation. The Philadelphia location is newly renovated and one of their most unique programs is the aqua therapy sessions in their state of the art, on-sight pool.

Northeast Adult Day Care is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 7am to 6pm. They provide door-to-door complimentary transportation and have staff ready to accommodate you in a variety of languages.

Vlada is the Northeast Adult Day Care's President, Program Director, Original Founder, and Co-Owner. With over 25 years of experience in acute and community-based long-term care settings and geriatrics, she is a leader of the program's clinical and administrative operations.
