Lee BIA Builders Care honors volunteers, partners during annual awards event

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Dec. 18, 2017 - PRLog -- Lee BIA Builders Care, the nonprofit charitable arm of the Lee Building Industry Association (BIA), recently hosted its annual awards event, honoring several building partners and volunteers in recognition of their service and commitment to Southwest Florida's elderly, disabled and economically disadvantaged homeowners and their families.

The 2017 awards include: Volunteer of the Year, presented to Ryan Lapointe of Ferguson Enterprises; Volunteer Company of the Year, awarded to Land Solutions; Outstanding Partner of the Year, recognizing Aubuchon Team of Companies; Contributor of the Year, presented to Ferguson Enterprises; Building Partners of the Year, awarded to Stevens Construction and Beattie Development; and the prestigious Hearts & Hammer Award, bestowed upon the Nilles family, which includes Annette, Mike and Michael Nilles. During the event, Lee BIA Builders Care also recognized its board members for their commitment to the building industry, the community and the mission of Lee BIA Builders Care.
